On February 20, at 05:17 KST (20:17 UTC, Feb 19), some of our infrastructure and services experienced an interruption due to an infrastructure issue on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Impacted Services:
Important: This was not a network outage. Kaia is a decentralized network and continued to operate normally. Only specific GCP-hosted components were impacted.
Resolution Timeline:
- 06:21 KST (21:21 UTC, Feb 19): Most services restored.
- 09:12 KST (00:12 UTC, Feb 20): All components fully stable.
